Research on elasto-optical network architecture of cross-layer multi-domain electric power communication network

Since the advent of the new network architecture, spectrum piecewise elastic optical network (SLICE), which has attracted great attention and research at home and abroad, has greatly changed relative to WDM network. In addition to providing normal wavelength service channels, sub-wavelength service and ultra-wavelength services can be switched and aggregated to meet the requirements of different wavelength service, which greatly improve the problem of low resource utilization in WDM network due to fixed wavelength. In addition to SLICE optical network concept, researchers have proposed another network architecture, namely programmable optical network architecture. This optical network architecture uses orthogonal frequency division (OFDM) multiple access technology to achieve link virtualization. Compared with traditional time division multiplexing and wavelength division multiplexing, orthogonal frequency division multiplexing uses digital signal processing, parallel signal detection and flexible resource management schemes to provide multiplexing and traffic guidance for sub-wavelength. In this architecture, it can effectively improve network performance, reduce costs and improve service transparency.
